AN EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF $100.00 WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD A PUPPY FOR ANY BUYER. THIS EARNEST MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE BUYER IF THE BUYER CHANGES THEIR MIND ABOUT PURCHASING THE PUPPY, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE EARNEST MONEY AGREEMENT.

THE BUYER HENCEFORTH AGREES THAT THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF MINUS THE $100.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID UPON RECEIPT OF THE PUPPY. IN SIGNING THIS CONTRACT THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS STATED IN THIS CONTRACT AND AGREES THEY SHALL BE LEGALLY BINDING.

ANY PUPPY LEAVING WILL BE HEALTHY TO OUR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. SELLER WILL HAVE EACH PUPPY EXAMINED BY A VETERINARIAN AND FIRST SHOTS AND DEWORMING WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE THE PUPPY GOES TO THE BUYER. THE PUPPY WILL HAVE A VET CHECK, AND WILL BE IN GOOD HEALTH, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER PUPPY ONCE IT LEAVES OUR CARE AND WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR A DEATH OR ILLNESS OF A PUPPY WHICH MAY BE BROUGHT ON BY EXPOSURE TO OTHER ANIMALS OR THE ENVIRONMENT.

IT SHOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW OWNER/BUYER OF A PUPPY TO THEIR PROPER AND TIMELY MEDICAL CARE. SELLER OF THE PUPPY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AN IMPROPERLY CARED FOR PUPPY.

This puppy is guaranteed for a period of 1 (one ) year against any congenital or hereditary conditions-excluding cherry eye and allergies. The guarantee will only be up to the purchase price of said puppy. Seller is not responsible for any shipping charges. If condition develops that makes a guarantee necessary, you must reply with a written veterinarian statement and allow a consultation with my veterinarian to qualify for guarantee. Refund will be in the form of replacement puppy, same gender, same quality-when one is available. This puppy must be checked by a veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving puppy, and follow up with proper care and management as advised by your veterinarian regarding vaccinations and care. Not having this puppy examined within 3 business days or not returning one signed copy to the seller, will nullify any guarantee between buyer and seller,

I, the undersigned seller, assume no responsibility after this puppy leaves these premises, for any change of mind on the new owners part such as: landlords disapproval, allergy to the animal, disagreement of family, moving, etc.
